Customer Care Operations Assistant/ Job Spec - Cubic Telecom

Seeking a highly skilled customer care operations assistant preferably with experience within the telecommunications industry and a call centre environment.

This person needs to be well-organised, and a self-starter with excellent attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to meet reporting deadlines is a pre-requisite for this position.

Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following:

  • Administrative support to the Operations Manager
  • Dealing with customer queries via the customer phone and via e mail
  • Liaising with internal/external customers and suppliers
  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Processing daily Call Centre requirements
  • Processing of Orders and web sales support
  • Point of contact for stock control and ordering
  • Liaising with the external Customer Care centre managers

Competencies

Customer focused - can investigate and take action to meet customer's needs.
Ability to liaise with others in team to ensure the customer receives a seamless service.
