Cubic Telecom is delighted to announce the appointment of Stephen Breen as Director of Global MNO Partnerships. Stephen has decades of experience in telecommunications and roaming, most recently with Verizon and Telenor Group, and holds the Deputy Chair leadership position within the GSMA’s ‘Wholesale Agreements & Solutions’ (WAS) Group.
Stephen’s wealth of experience in roaming, wholesale service and product innovation means he is well placed to deliver Cubic’s international commitments with over 90 mobile network operators (MNOs) globally. Cubic now connects over 16 million devices across connected cars, agriculture and commercial vehicles. In his new role Stephen will be responsible for Cubic’s international MNO partnerships which are key as the organisation continues to scale globally and provide competitive services and regulatory compliance for OEMs.
